Event Content Licence — version 1.0 (14 October 2026)

This licence is between the organisation named in the consent form ("you") and SeenzGo, the company that operates SeenzGo and hkmall.ai ("SeenzGo", "we").

1. What you're licensing. "Content" means the event material you give us or allow us to collect: event names, dates, times, venues, descriptions, prices, booking links, images, posters, logos and similar material about your events.

2. The licence. You grant SeenzGo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to copy, store, display, communicate to the public, and make resized, cropped or thumbnail versions of the Content, in the SeenzGo app, on hkmall.ai and on other SeenzGo websites and SeenzGo social media accounts, for the purpose of listing and promoting your events and showing what SeenzGo offers.

3. What we won't do. We won't sell the Content on its own; won't pass it to third parties except service providers (hosting, email, analytics) acting on our instructions; won't alter images beyond resizing, cropping or compressing; and won't claim the Content is ours. We'll credit you and link to your page where the layout allows.

4. Automatic collection (only if you ticked that box). You allow us to collect Content automatically from the events page or feed you listed, at reasonable intervals, and to keep listings up to date. We'll stop if you tell us.

5. Your promises. You confirm that you own, or have permission to license, all of the Content — including photographs, artwork and the images of any people in them; that the Content is accurate and not misleading; and that you are authorised to agree to this licence on behalf of the organisation.

6. Ending the licence. Either side can end this licence at any time by email. You can also ask us to remove any single item. We'll remove the Content from live listings within 7 days, and from backups and caches in the ordinary course. Copies already made by users (for example, screenshots) are outside our control.

7. No fees, no exclusivity, no obligation. There are no fees either way. You can list anywhere else. We may decline or remove a listing that doesn't fit our guidelines.

8. Liability. Each side's liability to the other under this licence is limited to HK$10,000, except for fraud or anything that can't be limited by law. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Law. This licence is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Our record. We keep a record of your consent — the form details, date and time, IP address and this licence version — as evidence of the licence.
